Thanks again to my sister-in-law for this recipe.

1/4 c. canola oil
2 eggs + 1 egg white
5 cups light spelt or 2 cups white flour and 2 1/2 cups spelt
3 tsp yeast
Add all ingredients to the bread machine according your usual method. Allow the dough to rise for 30 minutes, then shape. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes. Makes 2 small challahs.

Wild geese cry under the frosty morning moon.
Under the frosty morning moon
Horses' hooves clattering,
Bugles sobbing low.
