I told my kids these were like green potato chips - and too my surprise -- they LOVED them. They BEG me to make them for shabbos! What an usual shabbos side dish!
1 bunch of kale
2 tbs. olive oil
sea salt to taste
Wash, dry and check kale for bugs. Tear into
bite-sized pieces and toss with olive oil. Rub the leaves to make sure
each gets a coating of oil so they crisp up well. Place in a single layer on a baking sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.. Sprinkle to taste
with sea salt.(I think my kids like the salt) Cook at 350 for about 10 minutes. Then take them out of the oven and remove the ones that are already dry. Flip over the ones that are still moist and bake for 5-10 minutes. Watch them closely or they will BURN!

Wow - these Kale chips sound amazing.
I'm hungry... wish you lived nearby!
