Blend In Food Processor:
1 15-oz can chickpeas - drained and rinsed
1 TBSP Tahini
3 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup water
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1/2 teaspoon ground corriander
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon paprika
Salt, pepper to taste
Adjust thickness by adding more oil &/or water or veg. stock.
