This is a nice, inexpensive fish dish. Just spread it on the challah for a great appetizer.
Drain a 6-ounce can of chunk white tuna packed in water and place in a bowl.
Mix with:
1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise;
1 celery stalk, thinly sliced;
2 tablespoons minced red onion
2 tablespoons golden raisins;
2 teaspoons curry powder;
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt.
